Love at mid-autumn Charity campaign
In the inaugural year of 2021, during COVID lockdowns, this initiative raised $40,000 net to the Mental Health & Wellness Program at Markham Stouffville Hospital. In 2022, we donated $50,000 net to the SickKids Foundation in support of the Ukrainian Paediatric Assistance Fund and the Herbie Fund. We delivered our original signature heart-shaped mooncakes to over 900 families across the country. It was a passion-driven and successful design project in a challenging time. Our goal was to spread love and hope and confront anti-Asian racism with a beautiful and original concept that celebrates the diversity and inclusiveness of our country. 2023 campaign coming soon!
The Annual Fête Chinoise Signature Event
The Annual Fête Chinoise Signature Event is a black-tie evening presented in a gallery-style. Considered one of the most coveted events in Canada, our gala commands a vibrant guest list of influential community leaders, movers & shakers, entrepreneurs, artists and celebrities, luminaries, style and fashion leaders, cultural enthusiasts, producers and respected media.
The event inspires guests through curated art installations, inspired food and beverage pairings, and live performing arts — a breathtaking experience, with a unique theme every year. Attendees are encouraged to slow their pace, and intimately experience how the best of the industry modernize and elevate age-old traditions. Enjoy the highlights from our latest event here.
Our annual event is a two-time recipient of the BizBash Event Style Awards: Best Non-Profit Event Concept under $250K (2018) and Best Cultural Event (2020). The event has raised funds and awareness for various charitable organizations in Canada, including: the Scarborough Health Network, Sick Kids Foundation, the Oak Valley (Markham Stouffville Hospital) Foundation, Mon Sheong Foundation, fu-Gen Theatre Company, Orbis Canada, and the Sick Kids Foundation.
